We promote our app also in an offline way. We've added an extra sheet to our menu with both the qr-codes of the apps. It is now really easy for our visitors to download the app. Specially when they are waiting before a screening.

I think the Action Christine in Paris were also thinking of doing something similar. It's probably the most direct way to make your visitors know about the app and have them actually downloading it. Well done!
