As you may know, we have been working on a Green Paper through which to share our research, our findings and our predictions for the future.
We thought it was about time we started publishing said paper, and give you the opportunity to read it, comment on it, add to it and share it in the social way that we celebrate here at SylC. To make it more easily digestible, we will be serialising the report over the coming weeks and months.
So (by way of an…

It's not often that the specialised film exhibition sector gets the opportunity to talk directly to policy-makers. So yesterday's Independent Cultural Cinema Exhibition Conference hosted by SylC partner and field leader Watershed in Bristol, was a welcome opening for cinemas, film societies, higher education and research bodies, and funders to share feedback and strategy with…

I'll come back regularly! But now, first the festival :)
grtzzz
But the festival is not a filmfestival, so that's hard to post about on the forum.
What I can do is write something about Kairos (a shortfilm that's made by Alexis Destoop (a Belgian filmmaker) with music of Stephen O'malley (known because of the international noiseband Sun O))) )
He's been working last year on this film and is premiered during our festival :)
(ps. Festival still runs till 4th of December, but I'm already exhausted: 16 days of working, visiting, not sleeping, ... :) But hell, that's what we do it for!!!!!)
I'll keep you updated and if I have time, write something about the festival and especially kairos!!
grtz
ps. And maybe have a litte photoreport, because our meetingpoint is awesome with projections of ghe performances on the building, ... (i'm not promising, but we'll do if time :)
how can I be on the map?? I can be second of belgium. Really would love that :)
grtz
